What error are you getting and can you get some screen shots?
No error. I don't have the phone. I was wondering from people that do if this feature worked on Cricket.
I have a 1020 I use on Cricket and Internet Sharing works no problem. I was looking at the 1320 for my daughter and I wanted to know if I had to manage her expectations in this regard. :)

the question is, will they cap you if they catch you or bill you or what..lol
I have never had an issue tethering my 1020 on cricket. But I do know it is possible for carriers to firmware lock the capability. Just wondered if cricket chose to do that on the 1320.

I presently have the Cricket branded Lumia 1320 and can sadly tell you that internet sharing doesn't work. In fact, after the first couple of days upon activating my 1320, the option to turn internet sharing on/off has some how been removed as it is no longer listed under settings. And, when I attempted to download the APN settings application from the Sys App Pusher, the application won't even open. It is as if it was blocked somehow. Now this may not be everyone, but It is presently what I am experiencing. When asking the Cricket support specialist, I was advised that Internet Sharing was not a feature offered by Cricket at this time.

That is what I was afraid of. I am interested in the 1320 but from your experience I am probably better off sticking with AT&T phones or seeking out a non-cricket branded 1320. Thanks for the information!

I have the cricket 1320....ditched the ICON on Verizon for it. Nice phone....love the orange. The internet sharing doesn't work out of the box but if you use the developer preview and put 8.1 on it the option appears!!......happy times.

That's encouraging. I was looking at non cricket branded devices since they seem hell bent on gimping their own. I may have to give their 1320 a more serious look knowing the DP makes those missing features available again.

Plus they have the 1320 for $229.99 activated right now with an additional $50 visa card.....pretty sweet deal. And since they run on AT&T's network service is pretty good, unlike the days when cricket was running a gimped cdma network.

I just don't get their stance on internet sharing, at least on policy. I think they feel the need to differentiate from ATT proper so people have some reason to pay ATT prices.
The problem with that is that people looking at cricket are looking for a bargain. If they wanted a tethering friendly policy they would likely look at the very next pricing tier, and that's T-Mobile.
So their choices seen to be:
1. Allow tethering and potentially make money on people that go though their high speed data quicker and would likely buy more, or
2. Don't allow tethering and lose customers to T-Mobile.
Seems daft to choose option 2, but there you go.

I have the exact same problem. I bought the Lumia 1320 in hopes of being able to tether.

There is no internet sharing option at all.

I did hear if I can get into DUN MODE feature and enable??? It may work???

anyone know how to do this??

Is anyone able to enable Internet Sharing on Cricket Lumia 1320? Looks like the internet sharing option is somehow tied to Cricket Sim. If I try with Tmobile Old Sim, I do see the option but cannot turn it on as the phone is locked to Cricket.

Internet sharing does NOT work. The option is removed from the settings menu. I spoke to a cricket representative and they indicated that internet sharing is NOT available on "new cricket wireless." That obviously might change, but not any time soon.

The Lumia 1320 is a FANTASTIC device. It doesn't feel cheap at all.

There is an app in the market called "Tetherit" which claims to provide COMPLETE pc functionality for internet apps, games and everything (as opposed to tether-x pro). But I have not been able to get it to work. You need to install a pc program and drivers on your pc that you want to tether. I reached out to the developers to see if they can help get it to work via a surface pro 3 tethering to my 1320. I'll let you know the progress.
