NOKIA lUMIA 1520.3 RM938 Shows as TT&T variant?

Sorry about the title I couldn't change it. Could this be right? This is what that new Cyan Update watcher app shows.

I thought the 1520.3 was a unlocked brand not tied to any carrier?

I believe it's only showing that because you're on AT&T network. In settings, you can change it. I changed mine to Mexico, carrier variant.

Thanks, but I'm not on AT&T. I'm on Tmobile.
Mind you this is what that new app shows that you pin to your screen to keep you up on the cyan update.
