Help. 620 will not charge or on

the Lumia 620 would no longer charge nor on.
I tried charging the battery and it worked on another phone,
the phone however would not start up...

the last of it when it worked was that my bro put it to charge and was charging after a few minutes it would no longer power on.

I have tried the buttons thingy but it doesn't seem to work.
pls advice.

Nokia software recovery tool. Use it this might help you or get it checked.

Download, install and open the recovery tool on your PC . Connect your phone via USB(doesn't matter if it doesn't turn on) and select the "my phone does not startup or respond correctly" option. It will locate a firmware for your phone . Download and install the firmware. Your phone will startup correctly.

Check your device manager in your control panel of your pc for any missing/malfunctioning drivers after connecting your mobile via usb

I would suggest you go to your Nokia Service center and get it fixed. I had a similar problem and I handed it over to them. Turns out it was a problem with my battery terminal. They soldered and fixed it. Been smooth sailing for over a month since then. So I suggest you hand it over.

I guess that is the only option that I have. Anyway the Samsung charger got fried too(perhaps it was a knock off charger)
