Bumpy Headphone Jack

Hey guys could anyone help me out real quick, could you please insert headphones into your phone and please tell me if the actual connector goes in all the way because my one doesn't, and more importantly could you please tell me if you push in the connector while its in the jack if there is a bounce movement because I've got that and so if no one else has these issue I want to exchange my device and time is running out before I cant anymore.

I was wondering the same thing. I plugged my apple heap phones in last night and noticed it didn't **** all the way down and I had to turn the cable to get sound.

Guess I have to take a trip back to exchange

Hey dude all you have to do is push down harder and it goes in all the way and there will be no more bouncing, it works fine from them on.

Mine don't even work. $230.00 molded earbuds and they don't work. I'm a bit pissed. :devil:

Imma check out other headphones on the device to see if they work, just to be sure, will get back to you
