(Help!) Why am I not getting Cyan update?

I have a 1520 bought on Amazon. It says:
RM-937_apac_hong_kong_222 and operator 000-HK

I downgraded to 8 but no update. I thought it was out for HK?

My 'home' operator is Meteor in Ireland.

Any ideas?

Is the update out for the 937 variant that you have? The carrier Meteor has nothing to do with it.

have you looked on the update availability site. It may not be out yet. The update for devices with DP is supposed to start rolling out this week not sure about the HK 1520

The Honk Kong variant 8.1+Cyan update hasn't rolled out yet. You can flash that phone to the UK variant which is upgradable to 8.1+Cyan.

Flash at your own risk.

I'm on Hong kong as well. It is not yet available for the update
