Change country Variant from Kazhakistan to India or UAE

Is it possible to flash and change the country variant?

my Lumia 925 is on kazhakistan version and I live in india, so unable to get the cyan update.since kazhak doesnt have the cyan available.

please assist.

Yes you can. You just need to download the firmware version for india. Try looking at the product code using the nokia software recovery tool. Then when you have the product code, download the firmware at mrcrab.net or at navifirm.

Ok guys thanks for the help. Everything is fine. I downloaded the firmware using Nokia data manager. Flashed the new rom using Nokia product support tool.
