Own the L920, and as much as I liked the L925 and it's looks, it could not get me to leave my 920 if it paid me. The 32G of memory alone is reason enough to get the 920. In my world, the only advantage the 925 had was the slightly more responsive camera. Not enough to get my 920.

I had the 920 for about a 1 1/2 years. The 925 is the most ridiculous downgrade ever. It was a slightly lighter 920 with built in wireless charging removed and only 16 GB of RAM instead of 32 GB. I never understood the appeal.

I've both and I'm switching to the 920 back from my 925 once Rogers releases Cyan. The reason I switched to the 925 was due to the slightly better battery life but the Cyan firmware should improve it on the 920 (atleast that's the hope)

I love the 925 because the 920 is a bit bulbous and in most of the colours it comes in, it looks like a toy (to me at least), whereas the L925 is slimmer, available in sensible (some may think boring) colours, has metal surround, and it just oozes class. The 16GB RAM has never been an issue for me, but some people store a lot more on their phones than I do, so perhaps it's not for everybody.

It also has a great screen and great camera and is buttery smooth, though these aspects probably aren't much different to those on the 920, hence the very small difference in the names of the handsets 920 vs 925.

32GB vs 16GB FTW. it's the ONLY reason I still have my 920. That and well, waiting to see if a followup to the 1020 comes out in the next 6-8 months

if the 925 (930, 1020) came with sd card support or more onboard memory, then the 920 would be left in the dust...

I have both and the truth is, I can't decide which one to keep. I have the 32gb black version 925 so memory is not an issue. These are my findings and yours may differ: 920 has better reception, 925 has better screen. 920 speaker is louder and clearer, 925 camera is slightly better. 920 battery life is longer, 925 is made of more premium material.......As I said: I can't decide which one to keep, so I'll keep them both

But, if I HAD to choose, and if I was REALLY pushed, I'd keep the 920 as it has never let me down.

920. Wireless charging with any case for the 920. 925 needs that charging back, and at that point you're only case you can use will be that.

When I bought my red 920, I was in the same dilemma. But I chose the 920. Because, it was available in various colors. Plus, the screen, LCD on 920 is RGB while AMOLED on 925 is pentile matrix so 920 is a bit sharper. . And having used friend's Galaxy S3, I didn't really like AMOLED. Also the 32GB memory of 920 vs 16GB pic 925. But 925 definitely looks better, at least in pictures (haven't seen one in personal yet). But that's not to say, 920 isn't a slouch either. It's when someone else is holding my phone, I realize how sexy it looks and I almost go crazy for my phone. :D
