Just a wee heads up, the Windows 8.1 update basically bricked the Lumia 920 I was using. First stage went on (pre-WP 8.1 readiness update) no issues, the 8.1 downloaded tried to install and then when I rebooted I ended up with the infamous hung screen of the Nokia logo.
It just had to be sent back for repair as hard and factory reset didn't work nor did NSRT. The only consolation is that I'm getting a 925 to replace it.
Probably not widespread, and I did have issues with Lumia Black installing previously. So just a caution if you have had problems with updates in the past.
