Capacitive touch buttons not working after updating to Windows Phone 8.1 update 1 DP

The three capacitive touch buttons are not working.. I tried soft resetting the phone but it didn't work.. Please help..

Set your backup settings, connect to WiFi and ket it back up. Charge your phone and do a head reset. Almost everything should come back as it was even your start screen configuration. I only lost notes on an overly basic note app with no backup option. It should fix it.

I reverted back to Lumia Black using Nokia Recovery Tools.. (Took a calculated risk.) The issue persists. Must be a hardware issue. I'm gonna take it to the Nokia Care Centre.

I know it's been a while, but thought I should let you guys know. They replaced my phone with a Lumia 735!! Thanking my stars!!
