Cyan Update for L520 in Spain!

Took me around four/five hours.
No Cortana (right now I have set the country Spain so maybe changing the country might solve this.)

So far the phone is working well, the performance is slightly better than WP8.

The battery duration is the same, I have WP8.1 for about 3 hours (but really I haven't using it so much without charging, so I can't say if it is better or not).

The 3 Tiles screen looks small for me, but I'll give a try
