Lag on 1520

I have cyan with update 1 installed and lag in between switching apps is getting bad everytime
I switch an app . For example when I go from phone to email, resuming screen just stays there and after waiting for few minutes phone has to be rebooted as it becomes non responsive.
Is this an OS issue as kind of surprising that 1520 is having this issue.

That's sounds like a software issue, probably related to update 1, or "spaghetti" upgrade of OS and Apps.

A clean install of WP 8.1 Cyan, and clean install of Apps directly from store, will fix your problem.

If you've set backup under settings and let it do its job everything will come back automatically even your tile arrangement. After you do it you'll have to resign in under your outlook address used and then once you logg back onto WiFi (have to out password in again) the apps will start downloading back to the device.

I did hard restore and restored let's see if it fixes the lag issue . Its kind of amazing to have lag like this in a high end device ..
