Recovery tool starts download again after 100% download

Well, I'm trying to install Cyan on my 920 through recovery tool. So I plugged my phone to my laptop, started the download through recovery tool, it went to 100% and started again from 0%. What the hell????? Just so frustrated and angry!!! And when is the bitlocker issue going to be solved???? So late to providing updates and even then issues..... Ohh god!!! Why the hell did I use dev preview???

Mine did that when I was adding 8.0 to the L520 a month ago, it went back to 0% and re-downloaded and worked after the second time...any luck on yours?
