4g option disappeared after cyan

Hello Friends, My NL920 was on pfd till yesterday morning, and I was using 4g from two months.
Yesterday, I downgraded my phone to wp8 and updated to cyan, after that I'm unable to select 4g option in "mobile+sim" settings.
My service provider is viva, they said 4g is active on your phone. Can anyone please help?

Just wondering, have you ever reflashed your phone? (If you don't know, then probably not)
