    Hey guys, I have a Lumia 1020 and I'm having a weird issue. The phone is able to connect and sync with my PC perfectly, until I add my work email account. Upon adding the email account, the PC proceeds to say that the phone is having problems and stops being able to sync. The phone is detected by the PC, but I am unable to access the phone through explorer or any of the syncing apps (desktop or 8.1 app). I already have a password on my phone so i never have to create one to use the account. This behavior will persist until I delete the work email account. Once I receive the message that a password is no longer necessary for my phone (as the email account has been fully removed) and I plug in the USB, its back to normal and I can sync successfully. anyone ever had this problem before?

    Another thing to note is that when using the desktop app while having this issue, it will tell me that my phone is locked and I must unlock my phone to sync, but of course no matter how many times I put in my password, but that never works.
