I am looking forward to replacing my 810 when this comes out and am really hoping it is actually an upgrade from my Lumia 925...so who else is going to snag this when it comes out?

As long as it's faster than my 1020 and has a decent camera, this will be my next phone. I'm hoping that it's announced next week and released soon afterwards.

It's really a matter of value. If it's really a snapdragon 800 with a 20mp camera AND they're able to deliver it somewhere around $349/$399, then yes--it would be an instant "buy" for me.

What I really want is a T-Mobile/AT&T variant of the 930, but that doesn't appear to be in the cards. Impossible to say whether I'd get the 830 until it's actually announced and we see all the specs. I'm currently on a Lumia 1520 but I like the look, feel, and size of the 930. The 830 seems to be fairly similar in that regard.

If I like how it looks and it comes with Glance, SD800 or better and 2GB of RAM, there's a good chance I'll get one despite only a 720p resolution.

It's looking very promising. Think I prefer 930's corners but the 830's nice and slim. And if it has 5" 720p IPS with Glance and Qi - spot on, I'll be game.

We'll blatantly have to wait a couple of months though!

(...it's not for me but they do need a high-end offering with a smaller screen though).

If 20MP camera there's a strong chance this will be my next camera. Like the SD, removable battery. Expecting reasonable CPU and 1G RAM.

Not long to wait and find out real specs :)

If the rumoured specs are correct then yes (dependant on pricing). My contract runs out at the end of September, so the timing is pretty good too

I was hoping it would be dual sim, in that case I would surely take it as I want a medium-to-high-end phone that (unfortunately required for me since 4 months ago) has dual sim option, I'm sick of having to carry Lumia 920 and HTC Desire 500 all the time.

So far no rumours of it having dual sim though ...
