How to show your phone under windows on desktop?

I reset my phone some time back and by doing so, my phone does not show up under my windowsphone.com account
https://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/

I can't locate my phone, or see anything on my phone, which used to previously be there.
I just updated to Cyan, and I thought it would make a difference but don't see anything.

How do I get to see my windowsphone.com account showing my L920 again?

Did u perhaps change your region to India or any other, cause then you'd be able to find it only under that region's site.
Eg. If your region is set as India then try - https://www.windowsphone.com/en-IN/

I am at&t usa.
how do you change your region? could I change it to another country, and than back to US, and than will I be able to see my phone in my account?

Worth a shot !! Change region through settings > region

so funny thing happened.
I updated my phone to Cyan, around 10 am last Fri, and checked my windowsphone.com account, saw nothing.
Than I went to check again on Sat morning, and there it was. It synced at 4:38 AM.
Wierd, but im not asking questions, Im just happy to have my phone secured again
