    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
We have a 620 in the house and would like to remove the developer preview in order to update to 8.1. I've got the Nokia Recovery Tool with the recent update from a week ago or so. It recognizes the phone, downloads the image, then restarts the phone. After that it requests that the phone be reconnected as it can't see it anymore. It acts as though the phone is unresponsive, but actually it's just back to the start screen. PIN unlocking doesn't matter, dis/reconnecting it doesn't matter. I can Cancel the process and start over, but the same thing happens. Has anyone else had weirdness with a 620? I can post images if that helps anyone. This happened a few weeks ago, then the Recovery Tool got the update and it hoped it would make the difference. I'm afraid we're just stuck on Dev Preview now.

Could you try using the Recovery Tool on another PC?
