Int'l is 32 GB
ATT initially had a Qi-less 16 GB model, but soon got a 32 GB model. Still no Qi.

And of course band differences.

There are band differences, but 1520.3 RM-938 is perfectly compatible with the AT&T network at all data speeds up to and including LTE.

Internal storage is usually 16GB from AT&T or the 32GB at a premium and ONLY in black.

Wireless Qi charging is built into the 1520.3 and requires no additional case or jacket. AT&T uses a special case to wirelessly charge on a PowerMat standard.

There are several "international variants" of the 1520. The 1520.3 or RM-938 is the one you want for US use and it was made Factory Unlocked for Latin America, comes in several colors and all with 32GB. The 1520.1 or RM-937 was made for Europe and has the wrong LTE Classes for US compatibility. The 1520.4 or RM-939 is made for China and has no LTE radio.

AT&T one (RM-940) with Cyan will almost certainly not tether on T-Mobile.
1520.3 (RM-938) does tether successfully on T-Mobile.
