Strange issue with data on H+

Hey,

I have a lumia 930 on EE and I have this strange issue where my data connection works on 3G+ and 4G but when it goes to H+ I get no data.

So when I'm using a web browser it will go from 3G+ to H+ and pages wont load until it either goes to 4G or back to 3G+ then it starts working again...

Anyone else experience anything like this?

Has this happened before or just now? There might be a problem with EE. You may want to check their services to see if there is any problem.

From the UK based in London...

It's been happening for a while now like 2 weeks.. I did install the developer preview update and my phone reset itself so now its running 8.1 update 1 or whatever, I'm wondering if this is not a UK rom and having problems with H+...

I'm with EE and had data issues.
it might be linked to your internet APN.

I noticed that actually (I assume after a recent update), that the internet APN is now automatic - that may help it may not.
However, you can try overriding it with the 'standard' settings and see if that helps.
settings --> Mobile & sim --> SIM settings --> Toggle "Manual Internet APN" --> edit Internet APN
then use these settings:
•Name = Internet
•APN = everywhere (case sensitive)
•Proxy = Leave Blank
•Port = Leave Blank
•Username = eesecure
•Password = secure
•Server = Leave Blank
•MMSC = Leave Blank
•MMS proxy = Leave Blank
•MMS port = Leave Blank
•MCC = 234
•MNC = 30
•Authentication type = PAP
•APN type = default
•APN protocol = IPv4
•Bearer = Unspecified

Im with EE and no issues with data. I didn't touch anything in settings. Its just work.

Same problem here and I'm from Brazil...
It's not seem to be a localized problem. And it got worse after update 1.
