920 turns itself off

My two year old Lumia 920 on EE has turned itself off twice today and once yesterday. It has the latest updates including Cyan as I have the Developer Preview turned on (this includes the small recent update). It is very hard to get it to turn on again and I have to press the volume down and power button repeatedly to get it to start up again.

Any ideas or fixes? Thanks in advance as always!

Suggestions:

1. Soft reset
2. Hard reset
3. OS reload (NSRT, etc.)

If those don't work, it's likely a hardware issue.
