Thanks. Just one thing. I have played with a T mobile demo and when I first turned this on, it was fast.. But now it slows down a little. To the point that sometimes the lock screen won't turn on sometimes.

Bad update? Should I do a factory reset it restart?

The 635 ships with 8.1 and Cyan. I believe it was the first Lumia phone to do so.

Yes, I am running Lumia cyan. After the restart though, it ran better. Only thing slow now is facebook messenger, but I blame facebook for that.
