Digitizer replaced and it does not work!

Hey guys,
I just replaced the digitizer and the lcd screen today everything seemed to be good it started up and the display was working but the digitizer was not! tried to attach it again cleaning everywhere but it still does not work!
I was thinking maybe need to update the software to recent firmwares because this could be a new model of digitezer and work different...?
Before buying an other one i want to find out if the problem is just on this component or the phone wont work with an other one.

Where did you buy it ? - my guess is that it is defective one - try to have a replacement one ...

From Ebay so do you think by buying a new one I will resolve? I just looked around and they were talking alot about not original parts that dont work...

I think that you need a little bit luck with the such ebay parts - and you should look a good seller who guarantee it (ready to replace it, if it does not work) ...

Well ye you right, i'm not so friendly with ebay but i just told to the seller that it does not work lets see if he want to replace it.
