How do I fix blurred pictures on Lumia 928?

So when I take a picture with the built in camera app on my Nokia 928 they all come out blurry. First I thought it was me but then it happened again, again, and so on. The "pre" picture, for lack of a better word, the screen that shows what I am about to take a picture of shows a clear picture. The weird thing is that if I use an app like Snapchat the pictures come out fine. Also the pictures are fine when it is in "selfie" mode. I checked my settings and nothing seemed amiss, just wondering if there is a quick fix here. Thanks!

Are you using the MSFT camera app or the Nokia camera app?
