Lumia 925 will not display start screen/is unresponsive after 8.1 update
I updated to windows 8.1 the night of 11/3/14. Took about 20-30 mins to update and phone was working fine before update. After it finished and restarted, the phone remained at a black screen. It was unresponsive to the power down button so I tried resetting it (power button and down volume button). It goes through the restart process only to return to a blank black screen. You can only see that its projecting a blank black screen in a dark room. I tried letting it run out of battery which it recognizes and displays the charge icon. However it still remains unresponsive besides the bugged restart process. Also, hard reset is not an option as it is unresponsive to power button being used by itself. Help?
