Lumia 1520 Screen Distortion and Bootloop

I currently have a Lumia 1520 and loving it so far. However, I recently discovered that the lower left-hand corner of the screen is slightly elevated from the device itself. Every time I lightly apply pressure around the localized area the screen begins to distort. In addition there is like a small blue blotch near the bottom center of the screen. I don't know if the distortion have to do anything with it or not I just noticed it. Also the other day, I began noticing that my phone would enter a bootloop when I'm using a app, like Flipboard or Facebook, when the battery is at or less than 30%. At this point should I send it in to Microsoft to fix it?
