Why won't my nokia lumia 630 receive calls - everything else OK
Contract phone with TalkTalk (since August). All OK until few weeks ago when people kept telling me they couldn't contact me by phone. I can send and receive texts and make calls, and internet is fine.
Did soft and hard reset - still no joy.
Went 20 miles out of my way to Carphone Warehouse today; assistant removed battery, replaced it and it worked perfectly. I've done that many times over the last few weeks and that never worked.
When people call me they get a message offering to send me a text.
