Purchased a New Nokia Lumia 730 dual in Oct but found to be a defective piece.. when complained, it was neither repaired nor replaced even after 45 days of complaint registered.. finally they were refunding partial amount only.... when asked abt the same to nokia customer care, they say its not company policy to refund the money...
since no devices available in the market, NCC people have tried to refund the money though its not Company's policy... but they refunded only money after cutting the taxes..
