Why can't I send or receive pictures on my Nokia 5?

HELP! Nokia 635

I'm on Consumer Cellular which uses AT&T...phone is working fine EXCEPT I can not send nor receive pictures. I can post pictures to Facebook. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I've spoken with 3 different techs and been informed '....some of the Nokia's work, and some of them don't.' I cannot accept this as being correct. There has to be a way to fix this bug! Thanks

Did Consumer Cellular have you set-up the MMS APN manually when you spoke with them?

This happened to me. Turned out I just had to reboot the phone twice. Since then I haven't had the issue come back.

you'll likely have to change the MMS APN settings. found under access point or cellular+SIM probably under settings.

Yes, Consumer Cellular had me change the mms settings. They have basically said it's the phone not working.

Consumer Cellular had me reboot while working with them. Still have the same issue, no pictures.

Yes, Consumer Cellular had me manually enter new codes in the mms apn fields.

Is your SIM card provisioned correctly?
