Which WP to buy under 250$

I have been a long time WP user.
Wanted to buy a new phone under INR 15k but 535 has touch problem where as 730 has some sort of hanging problem.

Has this been rectified?

Should I buy 730 right now or wait for MS to release OTA bug fixing update

I would say to go for the lumia 730, its way faster than the 535. You will admire the 730's OLED screen. 730 is a great mid range non budget phone. You will enjoy it much more than the 520. I have a 520 and I plan to upgrade to another phone too. If you get the 535, although there are hardware improvements, it will still honestly feel cheap like the 520. Just my two cents C:

Don't always go by the forums. Its the guys with problems that makes a lot of noise while the ones with stable phones don't.
In fact probably only 1/5 users who buy the phone are actually in the forum so ur missing out on the majority opinion.
I have read a lot about 730 and the hanging problems are not a real issue and nothing that can't be fixed by a future update.

I say go for Lumia 730 blindly. Im using it from Oct, 2014 n i say its awesome. well had ocassional hiccups at start but now working great after a reset

I think that Lumia 730 is the best choice. I'm happy with it although I'm a flagship kind of guy. For the price it's very good phone. It has a pretty nice set of features for a low-mid end.

I assume you live in India. Check the offers as MSFT is giving GOQii Band free with Lumia 730. Don't buy the phone without this offer.

Blu is not available in India
But yeah there are Micromax equivalents of that phone here but I don't think anyone going for a 730 will be interested in them.

I have used it, even scrolling is laggy. It's possibly due to the sd200 processor. Best to get a lumia 730

The Lumia 730 is lightyears ahead of the competition. It's better in every area. If it's within your budget you'd be crazy not to get it! The build quality is surprisingly awesome and beautiful and everyone that sees it is impressed. Besides Glance there's nothing missing from the device at all.

The Lumia 830 isn't all that impressive and having both here I like the 735 a lot more. So the 730 will be nice too. The problems are rather rare unlike the Lumia 720, which was a real disaster for many.
