Folders not working

Hello all, I'm trying to get the folders to work on my 820. I just bought it and installed WP8.1 and when I put 2 tiles on top of each other. It just wont happen... Please help. Thanks!

You mean you are trying to create folders on start screen? Well that's part of the WP 8.1 update 1 which u will get as denim update if not on pfd. After that you can just drag and drop tiles on top of each other and create start screen folders without the need of an app.

Yeah that's exactly what I mean. Well on my 520, it worked. That's why I'm asking haha

I reckon on 520 ur running denim?
If ur not using pfd and running on cyan then the old Nokia App folders app is the way to do it. But in it u can't simply drag and drop tiles to create folders.

Its not a Denim specific feature. I have 8.1.1 with Amber on my 810 and I have folders.
You just need to wait for your carrier to push 8.1.1 or if not they'll just skip that and you'll get it with Win10.
What carrier is your 820 from?
