Is my 930 going Faulty

Im in UK with an unlocked 930 still on official Cyan...

a couple of odd things of happened on my 930 over the last days or so ..

- The entire phone locked up yesterday, the power button wouldnt even work.. it froze like that for 5 minuets then rebooted itself and it was fine
- today I was taking photos with Nokia Camera when suddenly, the shutter wouldnt work.. when I pressed either the physical shutter button or the on-screen shutter.. the camera app closed itself.., but after a reboot.. the camera works fine.
- Ive just finished chatting to a friend, when I rang off,, the "End call" button worked fine, but then the main tile screen wouldnt respond and locked up.. for about 30 seconds then started working again.

all this has happened over the last 24 hours

Has anyone else had these problems and does a Hard Reset fix it OR is my 930 starting to go faulty.

Any advice

I think most will say try a Soft Reset to see if that fixes the issues, else a Hard Reset...

Obviously if that fails, it needs to be returned for a repair... But I doubt it's that serious.
