What is the normal discharge of a battery on my Nokia Lumia 635?

Normal discharge of battery on Nokia Lumia 635

On my battery Meter app, it says about 4.5 percent per hour discharge. Is that higher than normal?

Not really, no. It depends what you're doing and what's running in the background.

Also if your phone is new it takes a couple of cycles of charging to get things stable.

Yes.

Check battery saver to see if an app is using power. If an app, click on it to prevent it running in the background.

If not shutdown. Wait 30 seconds and power back on and see if that stops.

Or it may be weak mobile signal or Wi-Fi incompatibly. You can determine which by disabling each until issue goes.
