Wonder if anyone else had this issue. I have an icon that is running 8.1 preview. Last week all buttons stopped working. The only way to use the phone is if I plug it in, receive a call or have a popup alert give me access to the touch screen. I just installed the latest update and still the same issue. Not sure if something inside the phone broke or the preview is the issue. This happen when the phone was on my desk. One moment it was fine the next nothing. Anyone have an idea?
