NOKIA LUMIA 1320 UPDATE LAG pls help

Hi my english is bad... but i have a problem with my nokia lumia 1320 .
I gave it to update my phone and lag it on this screen. pls how can I fix it?

Sent from my Lumia 1320 all the way from Jupiter.

At this point pull your battery. Remove back and take out the battery carefully. Then place it back in and start it up again.

Something obviously went wrong. You may need to either send it to service or try Lumia recovery tool to reset software to the factory defaults from your Windows computer. Then try updating it. Hope it'll work this time. I had this with my Lumia 1020. Nobody knows what happened but I managed upgrade after this reset to factory software.

The 1320 does not have a removable battery.

first try to do a hard reset for the phone, if this doesn't work - use Windows Phone Recovery Tool to restore the software, but it will delete all the info from the phone.
