I am currently using a Galaxy Note 2 on AT&T and have been thinking of switching to Windows phone since getting a Surface Pro 3. I just ordered an unlocked AT&T 520 from Microsoft's EBay store for $30.

1) Will I be able to use the sim card from my Note 2 in the 520?

2) Anyone know if it's possible to install Win10TP on the 520? If so has anyone done it?

1] If your Note 2 uses a Micro SIM then the answer is yes.
2] I would seriously recommend against installing Win10TP on it. You might want to pick up the ATT locked Lumia 635 from Walmart for $49 and install Win10TP on it which is what MSFT recommends.

Good luck.

1. Yes, the question is if it will fit or not. An adapter or cutting may be necessary, depending.
2. It is not officially available now, but it will be.
There is a well known hack of sorts, but I highly recommend not touching that if it were your main device or one you would rather not risk bricking, but if you're feeling dangerous and don't really care, I suppose you could go with it.
