My wifi and Bluetooth connection is broken, how do I restore it?

wifi and bluetooth connection broken

My lumia 520 was fine from past 2 years.Suddenly from last week im not able to switch on wifi.It says cannot connect now try again later.Did everything still not able to turn on.Finally today i did a hard reset and now except mobile data im not able to turn on wifi or Bluetooth. Also not able to switch on flight mode.Is it a software problem or hardware problem?Please help

Since you did a hard reset the next best thing to do to verify if it's a hardware or software issue is to use this -

You need a computer and internet connection. Download is fairly large. It wipes your phone clean.

If things still don't work after that it's likely to be a hardware issue though seems a bit odd unless you dropped the phone recently?
