How to enable "Hey Cortana" for Indian Region

1. Change region to UK and Region format to English (UK) and restart
2. Install "Hey Cortana" from Hey Cortana | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)
3. Enable "Hey Cortana" and train it with your voice
4. Change the region back to India and Region format to English (India) and restart.
Now according to the feature, Hey cortana is not supported, but still it works Remember to keep the speech language as English (UK)

Does this works for other languages (spanish) and Windows Mobile 10? I'd like to have the "Hey Cortana" function with my Lumia 930. Thank you.
