Can I get some help with an update problem on my Nokia Lumia 730?

i had downloaded window insider on my nokia lumia 730,,,an update was come...i had downloaded that....the next update was of windows 10 technical preview....bt i never downloaded that....now the problem is i m not getting any other update other then technical preview....please help me how to get other update

Not sure what you mean with other updates but if you do not want windows 10 you have to roll back using below method.

And next time i would suggest to first read some articles before starting to push buttons.

Use Windows Phone Recovery Tool to get back to your prior OS state. Actually a simple hard reset might work since you haven't updated to W10 yet
