I'm having a At&t 8x with Wp 8.1.1 update 1
I'm experiencing problem from today . I've been using portable battery from past week . my phone was working absolutely normally . and later when I saw phone . it wasn't starting , no response from phone . tried pressing all buttons for mins .
But when I plugged in charger ... The phone shows HTC logo for 2-3 secs and reboots ,this loop continues . is it battery problem , can't even hard reset
booting continuously , please help

... we dried it and then it just did the boot loop as you've described. I tried all kinds of things suggested online, but the water must have broken it. I can't post links yet, but if you Google for it: like "htc 8x boot loop" there are several suggestions.
