Why am I unable to end a call after pressing the call button on my Lumia 630?

unable to end call after pressing call button in lumia 630

Hi ,

i updates my phone with windows diamond and after that it started giving problem,when i click to call somebody it shows my calling but call doesn't go and even after pressing end call button it doesn't end call and shows as ending call and i have only one option to restart my phone and same thing happen after every 3-4 hours.
I did soft reset/hard reset but not worked for me.
could anyone please advice what i should do because i am missing many important calls everyday,because its causing problem in incoming call also.

what you updated your phone to diamond or denim.....
the problem is not with your phone its with your carrier if it has poor signal then it cant disconnect the call immediately or connect immediately...i used have same experience with my old carrier
