Why does my Microsoft Lumia 535 get so heated when I make a Skype call or play games?

Hi,

If i use my 535 for 20 to 30 min for skype call or any games etc..,Its getting heated at rare end very fast.Battery also drying out very fast.Even if i just connected to wifi with out accessing any internet.
Hope microsoft will soon fix this with its updates ASAP.

Perform a soft reset. Press and hold the power button until you feel the phone buzz. Let go and the phone will restart.

A soft reset will halt any runaway processes that might be chewing up your battery. See how things go after that. If this doesn't sort it out, we'll need to look further at what apps are using battery.
