Which SD Card?

I'm looking for an SD card for 830 and have a couple of questions. I will be using it mostly for storing games but also some short videos that I record etc. Maybe a modest amount of music too.

Would 64Gb be enough or should I go 128Gb?
Is the speed important? Would a 90MB/s card perform noticeably better than a ~45MB/s?
What is the transfer speed of the built-in memory on the 830?

Many Thanks!

Speed is important but a class 10 sd card. The memory card is based on your needs but 128 would be enough for 3-4 years.Compare speed, prices and companies. If you move big apps to sd card speed is important.90 mbps is great at 45 mbps big games would lag.

90mbps is ok, but not worth a lot of extra money. The phone does not support that rate of transfer anyway.
Just get any major brand, class 10 card.

Thanks for the advice so far. Just to confirm, I'm considering 45MBps or 90MBps (i.e. megabytes per second not megabits). jontyfernz - when you said games would lag, were you thinking of 45megabits/sec rather than 45 megabytes/sec?

Thanks Fred. What sort of maximum speed does the phone support? Is there any benefit at all in getting the 95MBs, even if I don't get the full quoted speed?

Big games won't necessarily lag, since I've heard of lesser than class 10 cards getting by, but it really depends on how much the game is loading and how fast.

64 GB is a sizable number, I would only go 128 GB if 1. I can afford it, 2. I need it.
I dont think your needs fit that for now.

Thanks guys. Any idea which brand is best for WP - Samsung Evo, Sandisk Ultra, Lexar Professional, or something else?

I tried to lookup some benchmarks, but there were loads of different categories of test and I didn't really fully understand it. Hoping someone here can kindly advise :)

Get any class 10 from a reputable company. I've used a cheap Class 10 Microcenter branded, SanDisk ultra Class 10 and my current Samsung UHS-1 Class 10. All of them just work fine

Thanks everyone. I am so excited about finally being free of having to micromanage storage like I had to do on my 920 :)
