Update software, problems!

I was on ,,Lumia Denim", all worked fine etc, etc..then i noticed when cheking ,,extras+info" that my software version is not same like when i go to ,,about" section.
I pluged my device to ,,USB" and ,,Lumia recovery tool" tells me there is instal of newer software. If i remember correctly, i was on ...0000 and this one is ...0003. I assume that's gonna fix my problem with text on glance, because i didn't have one (still don't).
Flash it and then i noticed my phone runs awkward, i experience two restart in two days, no text on glance, when ,,battery saver" is ,,on" my main keys don't dim, still emiting blinding, bright light.. and i think i missing some of options in settings.
It's still ,,Lumia Denim" but broken one, i guess.
What should i do, downgrade to ,,Cyan" and ,,phone update it" or what?
Ps. And ,,how to" downgrade if i have official version, not ,prewiew"?

My guess is that this software version is bad and that's why my phone started acting weird.
Any help appriciated!
Pss. And ,,how to text glance" on L1520?

Wich one should i flash, i'm confused...

I was reading in some forums, and find out i can flash my country variant os..so i'm downloading that to try.
Ps. This phone is from Germany and i live in Serbia, if that make any sence.

The RM-1038 is for the 730/735 so don't use that!!

059V1N1 RM-937 VAR EURO DE CV BLACK is the German version in black. The model you have listed is a white version, but it makes no difference.

First of all, THANKS..i'm kinda getting on my nervs here.

What should i do then, should i re-flash same software ?
Should i get other one ?
I really don't know why i don't have options i had before updating, this is kinda confusing.

Waithing for your answer, because i'm in dark here..still confused how and why my update make my phone run worse then ever..i mean even restarts.

Cheking ,,Microsoft'' site Availability in Europe - Microsoft - Global found out that my OS version and Software is newest in Germany ( that where i get my phone from 00-DE )
