I'm having trouble with my newly purchased phone.
So I bout the dual SIM Blu HD - when I put in both my sims either I can set Wind to be primary Internet provider and I'll have voice calling working on both Fido and Wind. But, when I set Fido to be my primary internet provider, the phone can't find my Wind Mobile network.

Is this a bug - or just the way the phone works? I'm guessing that this means only one sim card can be HSPA+ ?

Yep... Only SIM slot 1 is H+. SIM 2 is GSM (2G) limited.

You should be able to voice on either SIM. Seat the primary Internet Access SIM into slot 1.

It's somewhere else in the forum if you search about it. Basically, only one SIM (1 or 2) can access 3G at a time. So if the fido SIM has call and 3G, the wind side can only have 2g (which is roaming only since wind is 3g voice and data). If wind has 3g/data though, fido resorts to 2g only (which is ok as they have gsm/voice and data through 2g).

I think it's a restriction with the chipset since higher end/newer chips state that they can have dual SIM functioning with 3g.
