Why, I can't install any apps, and sometimes all my apps can't function, lower update

Lower update, can't function ,can't install apps, 3 times restart my phone lumia 530

what kind of installation problems are you facing exactly?Store or local apps?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but have you checked your connected to the internet, either mobile data or WiFi? Are you signed in to your Microsoft account? Most importantly, are you running the latest available version for your device?
