Actually there was mistake from official store. At one point of time they showed it at 15499 and suddenly they reverted price back to 15799. I had taken screenshot of that reduced price.

Yes you are right. 15,499 is Dealers Price. For few hours they were showing it's available on flipkart and then they removed the link.
I purchased at Rs. 15,650

we got for 750 Riyals in Saudi (about 12508 Rs , or 200$)

I think it's a little bit overpriced in India , hopefully the price will come down soon
