why won't Microsoft sell digitizers for the Lumia 535?

My digitizer is currently broke and I need a new one so it can recognize my touch on it again. I looked online but all of the websites don't look trustable. If anybody can give me a place or website of where I can buy, please do so to answer this question.

they do the repairs themselves I guess, although if you ask nicely, I don't know, maybe you'll get lucky and you can buy one, but I doubt it.
