Why can't I install an XAP file on my Lumia 520?

why can't I install a XAP file in my lumia 520?

windows hub (app) suggests a yandex app for saving and installing a file/xap,
although i had both of these apps, my still not accept this "xap file" that i downloaded from the net... why? thnks.

Windows Phone is going to check the store on any install from SD card and it will not install the App if:
1) Your Microsoft Profile does not show ownership of a paid App
2) The App is no longer available in the store
