Unable to run Office 365 on my Lumia 640 XL

I have activated One year subscription of Office 365 on my PC, Now I am trying to run it on my phone.
After providing the Email and Password it throws an error "Something went wrong"
Anyone having the solution. ? :angry:

I've Lumia 640 xl but I even couldn't activate that subscription on my PC .. How u did it ?
And about the error on the phone maybe some server load problems

The problem had been escalated to level 2 @Microsoft So guys you have to wait it

On PC : Simply by Loging with my existing Hotmail Email ID and Password. They provided me the link to activate the office 365. After verifying I installed office 365.
