Why does my Nokia 635 have a black screen when I unlock the phone?

Hi, my Nokia 635 has black screen when unlock the phone

Hi,

I've got my phone from 2 days now and if ihaven't use it for a while, when i unlock the phone and swipe the screen there is only black screen and no menu. This morning even the alarm didn't work because of this. When i restart the phone it works but after while whn i don't use it happen the same. This way noone can reach me and the phone doesn't work. What should i do?

Make sure that you're using a good SD card, I had the same problem, changing SD card fixed it + live lock screen beta app may cause this too.
